The junior men's side made it five league wins in a row with a 4-0 home win over Merlin Woods/Medtronic last Sunday morning. Craughwell made a fast start with goals from Darragh O Connor and two from Eoin Fahy, all assisted by the in-form Kevin Molloy. Midfielder Darragh Barry then set up Molloy to get on the scoresheet with all goals coming within the first half hour. The away side came more into the game after the break while their keeper made some outstanding saves to keep the final score at 4-0. Craughwell face Mervue United B this Sunday morning 11am at Coleman Park in their final league game and all support is welcome. The U12B boys maintained their title challenge after a hard fought 1-0 home win over Bearna NaForbacha with the prolific Darragh O Donnell scoring the important goal. The U12A boys were defeated by the game's only goal at home to Moyne Villa while the U18 boys lost 3-1 away to Tuam Celtic on Saturday evening.

Craughwell United have organised an end of season club table quiz and raffle in Cawleys on Friday 20 May. The club hasn't had to opportunity to plan any club indoor events over the past few years so all parents and adult players are welcome for a fun night out. Teams of 4 cost forty euro and the quiz will start at 8.30pm.
